Viv foundations is designed to provide you with everything you need to feel confident in mastering your menopause transition. With viv foundations, you’ll receive frequent support, home-delivered medication and regular symptom monitoring to make sure it’s working.
We’ll also provide you with follow-up telehealth visits with a doctor and access to our medical team whenever you need it. Our team of experts will be there for you, ensuring that you have the resources you need to manage your symptoms effectively
viv care+
A lighter-touch, ongoing care plan
Viv care+ is designed to provide you with the support you need to maintain your menopause management over time with convenience and confidence.
With viv care+, you’ll receive home-delivered medication, an annual telehealth doctor visit, regular symptom monitoring, follow-up visits when you need them, anytime access to the medical team and prescription management.
This plan is perfect if you have a stable and effective treatment plan but want convenience and the peace of mind of having an expert medical team available when you need them.
