how it works
Managing menopausal symptoms requires a clear understanding of your symptoms, stage of (peri)menopause, other medical health factors and your treatment preferences.
The viv health process ensures we provide you with the best medical advice, tailored to your situation.
Step 1: Comprehensive assessment
Begin with our detailed menopause and health assessment, designed to understand your specific needs and symptoms. This is a combination of an online health form and 30-minute telehealth doctors appointment.
Book an initial visit $199 to get started.
Step 2: Expert Consultation
Consult with our Australian medical experts via telehealth, discussing your tailored treatment options.
Receive a clinical report outlining your treatment recommendations and next steps, as well as any electronic prescriptions required.
Step 3: Join the viv+ membership or pay-as-you-go
Enjoy the simplicity of our viv+ membership, with ongoing medical care, regular symptom monitoring and electronic prescriptions all included.
Become a viv+ member for $19.50 per month for fully inclusive care, or choose to pay for follow up appointments as needed.
Note you can only become a member after an initial visit.
