Before your video visit, you’ll complete a detailed health form, which your doctor will review in advance. Your 40-minute consultation will cover:

Pricing & Medicare Rebates

The initial consultation fee is $320, and a Medicare rebate of $128 applies for eligible patients. This means your out-of-pocket cost is $192.

What’s Included

✅ An extended 40 minute Telehealth consultation with an experienced womens health doctor
✅ A personalised treatment plan and clinical report
✅ Prescriptions, pathology and radiology referrals if required

What’s Not Included

Dr Juliet Tait

Dr Juliet Tait is a GP with over 25 years of experience. She is passionate about Women’s Health and Mental Health, particularly around a woman’s journey through the perimenopause and menopause. She takes a holistic approach and likes to address the many facets of a woman’s experience over this time using hormonal and non-hormonal methods.

Dr Carmen Brown

As a menopause specialist with over 20 years experience, Dr. Brown is passionate about delivering evidence-based
and holistic care tailored to women’s unique needs. She has a deep clinical interest in
the perimenopause and menopause transition. Dr. Brown is a member of the
Australasian Menopause Society, the International Menopause Society and the Rural
Doctors Association of Victoria. She has worked extensively to advocate for high-quality,
accessible care for rural and regional women.
Dr. Brown believes in a warm, patient-centered approach that respects women’s dignity
and values their voices. Her personal experience with menopause enhances her
empathetic approach to care, fostering trust and understanding with her patients.
