How do I get started?
Getting started is simple! Book an initial appointment online, complete our comprehensive health assessment form, and meet with one of our expert doctors via Telehealth. You can choose between a video or phone appointment.
Initial appointments are $199 and at present no medicare rebate is available.
What does the initial appointment include?
Your initial appointment begins with completing a comprehensive online health assessment, where we gather detailed information about your medical history, symptoms, and personal preferences. This is followed by a 30-minute consultation with one of our experienced doctors, who will work with you to develop a personalised treatment plan tailored to your needs. If necessary, this plan can include e-prescriptions and referrals for additional tests or investigations.
Who are the viv medical team?
Our medical team consists of experienced Australian doctors specialising in menopause care. They provide personalised, evidence-based advice tailored to your needs.
What is the viv+ membership?
The viv+ membership offers comprehensive, ongoing support for $19.50/month, including follow-up appointments, e-prescriptions, continuous symptom monitoring and more.
This membership is only available after your initial appointment.
Do I have to become a viv+ member?
No, you can choose our pay-as-you-go option, which offers flexibility with follow-ups at $99 each.
You will need a follow up appointment for repeat prescriptions or to discuss clinical issues such as test results, changes to your treatment plan or to review progress.
Can I claim a Medicare rebate?
At this time, Viv Health consultations are not eligible for Medicare rebates. However, we’re excited to announce that this option will be available soon!
