Our Viv+ Workplace Package is for employees and includes your initial appointment and your first follow-up appointment. Whether you are already on hormone treatment or unsure whether you are in perimenopause or menopause, our expert menopause doctors can help guide you.

To get started book your viv initial appointment video visit with our menopause experts.

NOTE: You will need to have a coupon code provided by your workplace in order to complete the booking process.

Prior to your video visit you will be asked to complete a detailed health form which your doctor will review before the appointment. Each visit takes 30 minutes and during this time we will discuss your symptoms, your health and your treatment options and preferences.

An initial video visit includes:
  • detailed health form completed beforehand
  • telehealth appointment
  • personalised plan and clinical report
  • prescriptions if required
Your first follow-up appointment includes:
  • a 15 minute follow up appointment with your menopause doctor via phone
  • symptom review and modification to your treatment plan as required

After your first follow-up you can decide to continue your menopause care with viv health or with your own GP.

Not included:
  • any medications, which will need to be purchased from your local pharmacy
  • any general medical care – we provide a specialised menopause service and cannot provide care for any non-menopause related health matters
Please note:
  • your identity and health information will remain strictly confidential, even to your employer. We do report usage metrics for our services, but this is completely de-identified.
  • you must be in Australia at the time of your appointment.

Dr Juliet Tait

Dr Juliet Tait is a GP with over 25 years of experience. She is passionate about Women’s Health and Mental Health, particularly around a woman’s journey through the perimenopause and menopause. She takes a holistic approach and likes to address the many facets of a woman’s experience over this time using hormonal and non-hormonal methods.

Dr Carmen Brown

As a menopause specialist with over 20 years experience, Dr. Brown is passionate about delivering evidence-based
and holistic care tailored to women’s unique needs. She has a deep clinical interest in
the perimenopause and menopause transition. Dr. Brown is a member of the
Australasian Menopause Society, the International Menopause Society and the Rural
Doctors Association of Victoria. She has worked extensively to advocate for high-quality,
accessible care for rural and regional women.
Dr. Brown believes in a warm, patient-centered approach that respects women’s dignity
and values their voices. Her personal experience with menopause enhances her
empathetic approach to care, fostering trust and understanding with her patients.

Dr Louise Tulloh

Louise is a doctor with over 30 years’ experience. She has had a career-long interest in treating female hormonal issues – both athletes and the problems associated with hormone changes of middle years. Her personal menopause experience led to the realisation that Australian females deserve better care and the birth of viv! She is a member of the Australasian Menopause Society and a Fellow of the Australasian College of Sport and Exercise Physicians.
