Dr Louise Tulloh

Medical Director

Louise is a doctor with over 30 years’ experience. She has had a career-long interest in treating female hormonal issues - both athletes and the problems associated with hormone changes of middle years. Her personal menopause experience led to the realisation that Australian females deserve better care and the birth of viv!
Louise currently conducts our consultations. She is a member of the Australasian Menopause Society and a Fellow of the Australasian College of Sport and Exercise Physicians.

Vicki Gillespie

Meet Vicki Gillespie, our esteemed Co-Founder and the commercial mastermind behind viv health. With over 25 years of experience in the healthcare sector, Vicki has expertly led medical companies through complex landscapes, ensuring that the right solutions reach the right patients. Her global expertise and visionary leadership are instrumental in steering our commercial operations towards success.

Dr James Lawrence

Product Director

James is passionate about the better use of technology and data to deliver and support medical care. He believes in a better experience for patients where care is more tailored to a person’s individual circumstances, provided in a convenient way and focussed on achieving the best clinical outcome possible. As a doctor with two daughters, he envisions a future where women’s health is a priority and access to the best care is easy for everyone.

Dr Juliet Tait

Medical Doctor

Dr Juliet Tait is a GP with over 25 years of experience. She is passionate about Women’s Health and Mental Health, particularly around a woman’s journey through the perimenopause and menopause. She takes a holistic approach and likes to address the many facets of a woman’s experience over this time using hormonal and non-hormonal methods.

Dr Carmen Brown

Medical Doctor

Dr. Carmen Brown brings over 20 years of clinical experience as a consultant
gynaecologist/obstetrician and in administrative roles as director of Women’s Health in
regional Victoria and owner of Magnolia Women’s Health.
Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Dr. Brown obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Cellular
and Molecular Biology from Tulane University and completed her medical degree at
Morehouse School of Medicine. She pursued her OB/GYN residency at St. Joseph
Hospital and Medical Center in Houston, Texas, becoming a Board-Certified Fellow of
the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists in 2006.
Dr. Brown’s career spans the globe, with clinical and academic roles in the United
States, New Zealand, and Australia. After working in private practice across Georgia,
Arizona, and Hawaii, she joined the academic faculty at St. Joseph Hospital in Phoenix,
where she received the Faculty Teaching Award in her first year. In 2010, she moved to
New Zealand, where she became a full Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand
College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and held teaching and supervisory roles.
Since 2016, Dr. Brown has been providing exceptional care to rural and regional women
in Victoria, Australia.
As a menopause specialist, Dr. Brown is passionate about delivering evidence-based
and holistic care tailored to women’s unique needs. She has a deep clinical interest in
the perimenopause and menopause transition. Dr. Brown is a member of the
Australasian Menopause Society, the International Menopause Society and the Rural
Doctors Association of Victoria. She has worked extensively to advocate for high-quality,
accessible care for rural and regional women.
Dr. Brown believes in a warm, patient-centered approach that respects women’s dignity
and values their voices. Her personal experience with menopause enhances her
empathetic approach to care, fostering trust and understanding with her patients.
A proud wife and mother of two, Dr. Brown enjoys calling South Gippsland home and is
dedicated to serving her community with compassion and expertise.

Brooke Juniper

Brooke is a trained registered nurse and passionate medical professional working within the healthcare industry for more than 20 years. As a mum of three, she has a keen interest in ensuring the availability of optimal and convenient health management for busy women, whilst still maintaining a personalised patient experience.

Through her holistic approach, Judy expertly blends dietary wisdom and lifestyle insights, guiding individuals through the complexities of menopause and metabolic health. Her passion and expertise make her a standout figure in the realm of health and well-being.
