How It Works
Step 1: Skin Assessment
Start by completing our online assessment, where you’ll share your main skin goals, answer some health questions, and upload three photos. To access our skincare service, you must have had a prior consultation with a viv doctor.
Step 2: Doctor Review
Our doctors will review your assessment. If prescription skincare is suitable for you, they’ll create a personalised treatment plan that includes a prescription night cream and suggestions for complementary day products.
Step 3: Purchase Your Treatment
Once your plan is ready, you can purchase your prescription cream, which is compounded by our pharmacy and shipped directly to you. Additional products, like cleansers or follow-up creams, are also available for easy reordering.
